Avoiding Migraine

 

Migraine
It affects more women. Migraine is a disease that attacks the brain and cause physical and emotional pain. Dilation of blood vessels in the brain and inflammation is one reason for the headache. Although not known for certain causes, in general, the disease is an inherited disease.

What you can do is try to prevent attacks of headaches and reduce pain when the attack occurred. Sometimes the attacks are not only attacking one side of the head, but attacks from both sides of the head.

Before the strike the pulse of the head, the patient usually has symptoms such as seeing a blinking light or commonly known as dizziness, seeing spots, wavy, saw the object gets smaller, sensitive to light and sound, or feeling tingling hands and feet. Emotionally, the signs that you may experience anxiety, irritability and stress. These symptoms are not always safe as each migraine sufferer may experience symptoms differently.
