
I firmly believe that we are what we eat. Those who want to achieve long life and healthy aging recognizes the importance of a healthy diet aging. But what healthy aging? It appears that foods that are considered bad for us is good for us and the food is supposed to make us healthier bad for us. First let’s look at the food we all agree is bad for us.
Foods such as fatty meats, chips, sugary cereals, etc, basically all grew up loving the foods high in ingredients that cause disease and aging. Now that does not mean you should completely eliminate these foods. But that does not mean restricting their diet will go a long way to improve your health as you age. I now enjoy cheeseburgers and fries more than anyone else and Christmas cake or warm chocolate chip cookies fresh from the oven is always going to test my willpower. But I try to live off my mother saying: “Everything in moderation.” So enjoy the occasional burger or some crackers and a glass of milk. But keep in mind that this is food that is consumed regularly affect their health.
The problem is that these inflammatory foods for the body and scientists increasingly realize that inflammation is the cause of many of our health problems. Inflammation is your body’s reaction to foreign matter or toxic. Here are some common causes of inflammation.

Okay, if the food is bad for you which foods are the anti-inflammatory? Well, once my mother was right. Fruits, vegetables, nuts and fish are one of the anti-inflammatory foods are the most common. Increase consumption of these foods will counter poor diet and help heal the body. Besides food aid to support the immune system to build defenses against everything from colds to cancer. Healthy aging, skin and increased energy, less weight and better brain function are among the many health benefits.
Verdict in that we are what we eat. The diet is very important for healthy aging. Ignore years of research and study and you ignore the tons of food play a role in their quest for vibrant health. I leave you with one word to my mother, “If you want any dessert eat vegetables!”
